The Skills to Make Better Decisions

The Micro MBA at Providence College does more than just present the basics; it helps people synthesize and integrate ideas and information across the latest important business concepts from accounting to finance to information technology to marketing. The program breaks down all the key areas of business and builds a robust, usable framework to provide the skills and confidence necessary to make effective decisions. This certificate program was developed for individuals who want or need a rapid foundational education in the principles of today’s business, or professionals looking for an excellent refresher in updating their business skills or considering pursuing a part-time MBA program in the future. Those working in medical or hospital settings may find our Healthcare Micro MBA a better fit.

The Micro MBA Program offered by Providence College was excellent.  The professors did a masterful job of relating content from their respective disciplines to real world work experiences.  I would highly recommend this offering for anyone interested in pursuing a MBA at any institution.  I completed my undergrad in Marketing in 2014.  At the time I had no interest in pursuing my MBA as I wanted to gain some real world work experience before considering it.  After almost 8 years in a corporate setting, this program has really gotten me excited about pursuing a master’s degree, especially at Providence College!
