New Students

Welcome to the Providence College School of Continuing Education (SCE), where you’ll find small classes with faculty who understand the needs and challenges of adult learners, and a supportive community eager to help you succeed.

Getting Started: Your Student ID and Login Information

All new students receive an account letter by mail, with your college email; Banner student ID number; as well as login information for CyberFriar (PC’s online student information system), Sakai (our web-based learning system), and the PC computer and Wi-Fi network.

Financial Aid

SCE students are eligible to receive financial aid if they are in a degree program and enrolled in at least six credits a semester. To apply for financial aid and scholarships, you must complete your FAFSA form. Please refer to Financial Aid for details and important dates.

Bookstore

The Providence College Bookstore is located on the lower level of the Slavin Student Center. For store hours and to access your course materials, visit providence.bncollege.com.

Campus Parking

SCE students may park in designated areas on campus at no cost, but must apply for a parking pass online at the start of each academic year.
