Biography:
Stacey Veroni is a dedicated public servant. She has been a criminal prosecutor for 27 years, working as a prosecutor for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General, where she served as the Chief of the Criminal Division for over ten years before joining the Department of Justice in 2019. She has prosecuted sexual assault, murder, and white-collar crimes in her career. Assisting victims of domestic violence and sexual assault is her passion. Stacey has taught at Providence College for over ten years. She has volunteered her time judging mock trial competitions, mentoring high school students, and taught prosecutors from Mexico in trial advocacy.
