Biography: 
Adam Villa (Associate Professor of Computer Science) pursues research in computer science pedagogy, data analytics, and big data management.   He also studies computer security and storage/networking infrastructures.   Adam is the director of the Center for Teaching Excellence at Providence College, which supports faculty members’ teaching and learning.   He has taught courses on database management systems, computer security, software development, computer architecture, and data analytics.
